Special digital instrument for measuring the concentration of acidic liquids, working principle:

When a beam of light reaches the prism surface that is in contact with the solution, a portion of the reflected light and a portion of the refracted light will be generated. When the incident angle increases to a certain angle, total reflection will occur. The light emitted by the refractometer light source will illuminate the surface of the prism at different angles, which will produce an optical image composed of light and dark parts. The angle of incidence corresponding to the light-dark boundary of the optical image is the total reflection critical angle. If the position of the dividing line is determined, the concentration of the solution can be known. The MPR E-Scan Reagent Analyzer uses a CCD image detector to measure the position of the demarcation line. The CCD linear array used on the CCD detector chip contains 2048 independent pixels to ensure high-precision measurement. The optical detector converts the optical image into electrical signals point by point and represents a group of pulse signals. The high pulse corresponds to the light cell in the bright area. The microprocessor determines the exact position of the boundary line and converts it into a reading in a concentration unit.
