On October 19th, the provincial key technology innovation project of the electrochemical plant, “Industrial Testing of Nano-CaCO3 in-situ Polymerization of PVC Resin,” passed the appraisal of Zhejiang Provincial Economic and Trade Commission. Formulations and operating conditions have been optimized. According to the Xiaokai test results, 14 stills were produced on a 30-cubic meter industrialized unit, in which the DCS control process was smooth and the material was completely closed. The experimental results show that whiteness and apparent density increase by 7% and 8%, respectively.
